Newark DPW crews are working around the clock to salt and plow streets to keep the city safe. However, we cannot do it alone. To help with snow removal on secondary and tertiary streets, we need the MINUTE MEN.

MINUTE MEN are individuals who can come and assist the needs of the City in a short notice.

Click HERE to sign up if you are interested in becoming a MINUTE MAN for the City of Newark. If you have any questions about the program, call (973) 733-5485.

Stay in the know by checking Newark DPW social media on Instagram or Facebook, our official website, and the official City website.

We encourage all Newark residents to stay warm and safe during the winter storm!
