Public Buildings

The mission of Public Buildings is to provide effective management of public buildings which is crucial for ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall satisfaction of the community. It is the goal of our staff and the management team to foster essential steps and guidelines for efficiently overseeing and maintaining public buildings and promoting consistency, accountability, and best practices in managing public spaces. In addition, our team will provide a systematic approach for the effective management, maintenance, and operation of public buildings, including Municipal offices, community centers, recreational facilities, and other publicly accessible structures. This concept is applicable to all Public Buildings Managers, Building Service Workers, Laborers and relevant staff responsible for the upkeep of public buildings in the organization, maintenance and landscaping of public building property, swimming pool maintenance, changing flag poles, set-up and breakdown of city events, managing inventory of supplies and creating a schedule for day-to-day operations.
