October 12, 2026 – All Newark DPW services, including curbside trash and recycling pickup, will be CANCELED on Monday, October 12, 2026 in observance of Columbus Day.

Regular trash collections for Zone A will resume on Thursday, October 15.

Please hold your paper and cardboard recycling until next Monday, October 19.
