“Shred it and forget it!”

Newark Department of Public Works is hosting a Paper Shredding Event on Saturday, December 21 from 9 AM – 2 PM.

The event gives residents a chance to shred sensitive documents, protect themselves from identity theft, and also protect the environment before the holidays.

The event will take place at the DPW Headquarters at 62 Frelinghuysen Avenue. The event is for Newark residents only, and ID is required to participate.
